Manuscripts submitted for publication are first evaluated by the Editorial Board. Upon approval, they are sent to two reviewers. If both reviewers reject the manuscript, it will not be published. If one reviewer rejects while the other accepts or requests minor revisions, a third reviewer is assigned. The decision of the third reviewer is final. If one reviewer rejects and the other requests major revisions, the manuscript is not sent to a third reviewer; instead, a new reviewer is appointed. Based on reviewers’ evaluations, revisions or modifications may be requested from the authors.
The journal does not request reviewer suggestions from authors, and authors are not allowed to propose reviewers.
Manuscripts must not have been previously published or submitted elsewhere for publication.
The journal may also publish review articles, book critiques, translations, academic commentaries, evaluations, and conference papers.

All legal, economic, and ethical responsibility for submitted works belongs to the author(s). The journal does not accept any liability for the works submitted.
Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal’s referencing and citation rules will not be accepted unless corrected.
If a revision is requested from the author(s), the corrected version must be submitted to the Editorial Board within 10 days.
